When the temperatures drop, you can't do without the 3-layer system. To stay warm throughout your run, you will need a technical running garment which will constitute a breathable base layer for optimal perspiration wicking and quick drying. You can then put on a layer of warmth like a thin fleece that must combine insulation and breathability to drive the moisture released by your body to the upper layer. The latter will consist of an insulating and, once again, breathable jacket. If the rain doesn't scare you, choose a waterproof model. If you don't plan on running in a downpour, a windproof jacket will do the trick.
For accessories, a running beanie or a sports headband will be necessary to prevent heat loss and protect the ears.
