Paying with Apple Pay?
Apple Pay allows you to pay for purchases quickly and securely from your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch.
When finalising your order, at the payment stage, all you have to do is :
- Select Apple Pay as your payment method.
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your access code.
- Receive instantly your confirmation order.
- Available on compatible Apple devices.
- Works with cards registered in Apple Wallet.
- Check that your bank supports Apple Pay.
Payment by credit card
It is the most common method of payment. You pay when you place your order by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, CB). You need to enter your credit card details: the card number, the expiry date, and the CVV (3 digits on the back of the card beside your signature).
How does the credit card payment work ?
When you validate your order, at the payment step, you just need to :
- Select CREDIT CARD,
- Select your Credit Card model.
Then you will be redirected to a safe payment page, where you can enter your card details.
- Validate the payment, which will validate the order,
- You will receive a confirmation email of your order (check in your spams).
In order to protect your personal data, we can ask for a 3D Secure validation (according to your bank it can be : your date of birth, a code sent by SMS, validation of the payment via an app on your mobile phone…).
Payment by PayPal
PayPal is an online payment method, which allows you to pay for your order, receive payments or send and receive money.
PayPal in 3 steps
- Create a free PayPal account,
- Register your credit card details or bank account details,
- Pay for your order with your email address and your PayPal password.
How does the PayPal payment work ?
When you validate your order, at the payment step, you just need to :
- Select PayPal,
Then you will be redirected to the PayPal interface.
- Enter your email address and password,
- Validate the payment, which will validate the order,
- You will receive a confirmation email of your order (check in your spams).
Payment by Ekosport gift card
When you purchase a Gift Card, you will be asked for the email address of the person you wish to give it to so that it can be sent directly to him/her by email (it is not possible to send a Gift Card by post).
Gift cards are valid for 1 year, only on the www.ekosport.co.uk website.
How does Ekosport gift card payment work?
The Ekosport gift card can be split. It can be used to cover all or part of your purchase.
When finalising your order, at the payment stage, all you have to do is :
- Enter your Gift Card number in the "Do you have a Gift Card?" box, then click "Submit".
- Once the amount of your Gift Card has been deducted, if you still have a balance to pay, choose the credit card payment method to finalise your order.
- Confirm your order,
- An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you (check your spam folder).
Copy and paste your code to avoid typing errors. In particular, check that there are no spaces at the beginning or at the end of the code, as this will render it invalid.
