Specially developed for climbing, mountaineering and ski touring, the Petzl METEOR is a lightweight helmet with reinforced protection.
Particularly light and compact, this helmet has excellent ventilation for a comfortable fit in summer and winter. Featuring an In-Mold construction with an EPS foam liner injected into a thin polycarbonate shell, it is easy to wear thanks to its compactness on the head. In addition, the full coverage design provides enhanced protection over the entire head.
Optimized for ski touring, it allows for optimal integration of a ski mask or visor. It is distinguished by other features such as two hooks in the front and a plastic in the back to attach a headlamp.
This model is the first helmet certified CE ski touring helmet.
Please note that this helmet does not meet the requirements of the standard helmet for alpine skiers EN 1077.
