Specially developed to increase the chances of survival in high-risk avalanche areas, the DIMENSION AVALANCHE BACKPACK from Poc is a backpack for enthusiasts of virgin slopes and freshly snow-covered peaks.

This freeride and ski touring model makes it easy to carry all the gear you need for a safe day on the snow. Combining increased safety with a wide variety of carrying options, it features a 25-liter capacity and numerous gear loops on the outside of the bag. Carrying comfort is ensured by an adjustable frame in the backplate that makes it easy to find a comfortable fit, while highly adjustable straps around the chest and waist ensure absolute safety. In addition, it features a large, specially-designed outside pocket for avalanche tools, all doubled up with heavy-duty materials to prevent damage or tearing. Safety is further enhanced by the addition of a RECCO reflector and an NFC twICEme medical identifier.

This airbag makes it easy to carry skis, helmet, ice axe and much more, while a double fleece goggle pocket and small drainage holes in the outer pocket allow water from gloves or wet skins to easily escape.

Innovatively, this model is powered by a supercapacitor, which means there's no need for gas cartridges or batteries, making the backpack easy to transport by plane and allowing you to test airbag operation before heading off into the mountains.
