Specially developed for technical mountaineering thanks to the technical nature of its front spikes, Petzl's SARKEN is a pair of mountaineering crampons that make a perfect rope companion on technical routes.
Equipped with vertical, notched front spikes, this model of crampon ensures better penetration of hard ice, while offering good load-bearing capacity on snow. When they penetrate the snow or ice, the 12 spikes provide stability and grip on gentle slopes as well as on the steepest gradients.
This model has a UNIVERSAL LEVERLOCK fastening system that fits all shoes with a rear overlay.
