Specific to belaying and abseiling, the CORDEX PLUS from Petzl is a glove designed for climbers with sensitive hands.
With its ergonomic cut, this model combines the robustness of a work glove with the precision and dexterity of a thinner glove. It's made from double-layer leather that protects the inside and exposed parts of the hand, while the back is made from leather with anti-abrasion stretch nylon around the knuckles. Reinforcements also protect the palm from the heat generated by long abseils and windmills.
Comfortable with its neoprene wrist and Velcro fastening, this glove is also functional, with a hole for attaching it to a harness using a snap hook.
