The shell has been specially designed to produce the lightest and best ski boots ever made. Comprising four different plastic stiffnesses and optimized wall thickness profiling, the Powerlite Shell achieves a balance of lightness, agility and power.

A co-injected "Y"-shaped rear support adds strength and power to the boot to maximize forward/backward flexing efficiency and lateral stiffness for improved responsiveness on all types of terrain. This function also ensures good mobility of the shoe when climbing.
