The Beal EXPRESSO FIT is an adjustable belay lanyard with an integrated abseiling ring.

Adjustable from 35/40 to 100 cm, this model features fast, precise length adjustment and a remarkably ergonomic adjuster. It incorporates a Dyneema ring sewn onto the rope, making it easier to manoeuvre when abseiling without the need for a Y-lanyard.

This lanyard can be fitted to the harness using a lark's head, while carabiners are made easier by the use of a semi-auto type B carabiner (included) held in position by a ring.
