Similar to the Wand, the YY Vertical TRAVEL BOARD is a sturdy, lightweight wooden beam designed forboth indoor and outdoor training.

It reduces the risk of injury during heating and is particularly suitable for strengthening the passive and active structures of the fingers and forearms during traction and suspension exercises. It has 2 modes of inclination, 3 rulers (25mm, 15mm and 10mm) to vary the spacing of the hands and 2 mono-fingers for the isolation of the muscular development of the fingers + tray.

Its depths are easily identifiable thanks to an engraving on the inside of the grips, while its soft surface made of recycled rubber wood promotes grip.
