Specially designed for training, the DUO from YY Vertical is a climbing accessory that allows you to isolate the muscle and tendon development of one or two fingers.

This lightweight accessory can be taken anywhere and has a 25mm deep two-finger grip to prepare the fingers for all kinds of grips. It can be used as a light load with a weight or simply as a body weight by hanging it on the first fence or a tree.
