This women's STRATOS jacket from The North Face is just outstanding. Designed for mountain sports in inclement winter weather, this versatile, waterproof jacket features DryVent technology to repel moisture and wick away sweat for hours of comfort. Fully taped seams, water-repellent center zip, and mesh lining with brushed collar provide extra comfort.

The tough fabric outer layer protects the wearer from abrasion. The mid-layer has a polyurethane coating and microscopic pores that channel water vapor from the inner layer to the outside, while remaining waterproof. The inner layer provides additional comfort because it is designed to control moisture, which is channeled to the microscopic pores. The interior of the jacket is fully lined with mesh for a comfortable feel.

The hood is adjustable with drawstrings but also by a cord on the neck to adjust perfectly to the shape of the head. It also has a preformed visor.
