Simple and effective model in the R-Evolution range, announced as a revolution in the trekking arena, the R-EVOLUTION GTX is a highly technical outdoor boot for men. Designed for trekking and summer mountain tours, it offers lightness, flexibility and foot stability to ensure maximum comfort for the user.
With the Sock-fit system, it has a precise and adjusted fit thanks to a special tongue made of a single piece that perfectly encloses the foot. Its composition combines a 1.8mm robust suede material and a GORE-TEX membrane® which forms a complete moisture barrier.
Integrating the new ACTIV IMPACT technology, incorporated in the sole block, allows shock absorption at all gradients to preserve the energy of the climber to the maximum. The sole of the boot is designed and developed by the Scarpa R & D team in collaboration with Vibram®. Its profile and thickness are especially designed for trekking style activities. Thus, it was designed to ensure very good heel cushioning through its EVA midsole and very good grip. The special grooved sole design that varies for each support area provides maximum grip.
