Designed for high mountain expeditions or extremely cold environments, Rab's ENDURANCE DOWN is an ultra-warm, lightweight mitten that can be easily carried in a bag.

Lighter than the Expedition model, this mitt weighs just 252g and keeps your hands warm thanks to its 650 cuin duck down filling, providing welcome warmth for high-altitude adventures and polar expeditions. Plus, the Stratus™ synthetic insulation on the sidewall, palm and inner thumb is tough and quick-drying, and protects well against moisture. This mitt is also covered in water-resistant, fully recycled Pertex® Quantum Pro, which provides reliable protection against wind, light snow and rain.

There are reinforcements on the front of the hand and in the fingers for extra durability, while the textured palm gives a better grip on walking poles and ice axes. There are also removable buckles on the cuffs so they don't get lost, and a cord that can be adjusted with just one hand for a precise fit in the worst weather. Finally, the inner cuff is elasticated to keep the heat in.
