Osprey 's SERAL 7 is a lumbar hydration pack that lets athletes drink during exercise without losing agility.

Compact, this 7-liter model includes a hydration reservoir and is roomy enough to hold everything athletes need for their cycling outings: a spare inner tube, CO2, tools, snacks... It's made from high-tack, high-quality bluesign-approved nylon, with a PFC-free DWR coating to keep out moisture. It also features a curved waistband, specially adapted to cycling, and compression straps, which provide stability and comfort by holding the bag close to the body. In this way, the load is held towards the body for comfortable, stable and secure transport.

The hydration compartment holds 1.5 L for short to medium rides and compresses for added stability, while the magnet hose attaches to the easy-access hydration valve.
