Suitable for belaying and self-belaying, the Grivel K8G SIGMA is a versatile carabiner with a Gate-Wire Twin-Gate system.

This D-shaped carabiner can also be used with a sheath to hold the rope and prevent accidental opening. Its Twin-Gate opening system, which does not require any other manipulation (e.g., screwing), makes it safer and faster, thus avoiding untimely openings due to rope twists or unintentional pressure from the climber. Two fingers also have greater strength than one.

In addition, its functionality remains intact over time, even when soiled with dirt, dust or ice, as with other systems. Highly reliable, it is individually tested and dates from the severe laser test.
