The Exped LYRA II is a freestanding tent.
Designed for backpacking and trekking bivouacs, this versatile tent adapts to all 3 seasons. This spacious 2-seater features a self-supporting aluminum frame. With its interconnected pole segments, it unfolds quickly and sets up easily. Once set up, it offers 2 entrances and 2 vestibules to simplify your comings and goings and to store your gear. Inside, this tent offers generous volume, with enough width to store 2 mattresses. Its 110 cm headroom gives you plenty of room to sit up. Its mesh fabric optimizes air circulation in the interior to ensure optimum comfort, while reducing its overall weight. When the temperature rises, you can fit only the inner chamber, i.e. without the flysheet.
Its materials, including aluminum for the hoops and polyester for the flysheet and floor, are both high-performance and protective.
