Suitable forbig rock climbing, ice climbing or mountaineering, the SUPERCOULOIR 8.0 from Cousin is a double and twin rope of 8.0 mm diameter.
Thin, light and durable, this rope is also very versatile as it can be used for all types of mountain climbing. Made up of 40 spindles and 50 meters long, this rope has the StopAqua hydrophobic treatment, in compliance with the UIAA Water repellent 101 standard, which protects it from becoming too wet when used in extreme conditions. It also incorporates the new Techtouch technology that provides a pleasant feel, excellent fluidity and high durability.
This model also adds a marking in the middle of its length to offer more safety when climbing or rappelling and to facilitate maneuvers.
