A new model in the "ice axes and crampons" range from Climbing Technology, the SWHIPPY is a two-tone elastic strap for attaching to ice axes.

This double-stranded strap has been specially developed to avoid losing ice axes that were originally designed without a strap when ice climbing. Each strand is fitted with a snap hook, equipped with a small swivel preventing the strands from getting tangled. What’s more, the elasticity of the strands allows climbers to’execute movements without any discomfort.
