Xsories History

X-Treme Video was founded in Biarritz in 1994. It created and sold action sports footage - mainly surf films. The company expanded rapidly and was one of the earliest distributors in Europe of GoPro cameras. In 2010 the company's management took the decision to expand the organisation by creating a separate brand - XSories - to manufacture its own products rather than to sell the products of others. XSories now sells a wide range of accessories, aimed in particular at the specialised needs of the outdoor sports community.

The brand was founded against a background of 15 years' experience of the outdoor sports and active lifestyle communities. Management has in-depth knowledge of crucial markets - sports, consumer electronics, marketing, etc - allowing for the development of desirable products.

Extensive Business Relationships

Years of running X-Treme Video have created relationships with manufacturers and retailers. For example, creating an understanding with the manufacturer of GoPro cameras allowed the company's founders to pioneer the distribution of those cameras in the EU market. Very few other businesses in this sector can boast of this kind of network and it means that XSories now has access to more than 5,000 retailers for the sale of its products.

Capxule Small

This is a soft case for transporting basic equipment. It comes with a pre-cut foam inlay, compatible with all GoPro cameras, that is designed for a camera together with a variety of mounting accessories. The case also features built-in elastic webbing to keep everything in place as well as a mesh pouch in the lid for the storage of cables, etc.

Silicone/Neoprene GoPro Cover

This protective cover is compatible with GoPro Hero 3, Hero 3+ and Hero 4 models and is available in a wide range of colours. Bright colours are available to allow the camera to be found easily or darker colours are available if a more stealthy approach is needed. Not only does the cover provide protection against the usual demands of outdoor sports, it extends the life of the battery in cold weather.
