Therm-ic's history

Therm-ic traces its origins back to the 1970s, where its founders first began to consider the possibility of improving the warmth involved in skiing. After that, Therm-ic was officially founded in 1998, where its product lineup began and quickly sold. From there, Therm-ic reached out to learn what it was that skiiers really wanted: warmth. And so they provided it.

Therm-ic's mission statement is to provide warmth, warmth and more warmth. That's reflected clearly in its product lineup, where the specifications all list the warmth first and foremost, the designs emphasize keeping the device itself warm so it can run even in the coldest temperatures, and keep providing warmth to the wearer, as well. This is redoubled in their clothes offerings, which use materials and colours alike that trap heat.
