The origins of the Löffler brand

Löffler was founded in 1973, in the small town of Ried im Innkreis, Upper Austria, and still manufactures in Austria today. For almost 50 years they have been at the forefront of innovative, high-tech clothing design for a variety of sports, and since 1973 they have supplied underwear, cross-country skiing suits and outerwear to the Nordic teams of the ÖSV.

For more than 30 years Löffler have been associated with high-performance sport, and it shows in their products. For example, their exclusive hotBOND® technology uses ultrasound to create seamless bikewear and running gear that won't pinch or chafe. Sustainable and responsible

Taking responsibility for the world we live in is important to Löffler. That's why they ensure all of their products are made according to fair practices and in strict compliance with European environmental and health regulations. They also strive to use environmentally friendly materials and make their transportation routes as short as possible to minimise their impact on the environment. Plus, their products are still manufactured at their original location, Ried im Innkreis, and 70% of their materials come from their in-house knitting factory, creating regional value and taking advantage of local expertise.
