Gecko Brand Origin

Gecko was founded as a branch of the international company MP Sports with a view to specialising in ski touring. With such powerful backing, the brand finds it relatively simple to provide top quality equipment. Gecko was the first extreme sports brand to offer glueless skin. Mickael Peulacher developed a brand new synthetic product by using silicone polymers. These new skins allowed for skiers to keep a perfect grip in any conditions while touring. The binding is so strong at the molecular level that it can adhere any elements together just as well as glue.

Practical and Easy to Handle Skins

Another great advantage of Gecko products is that they are made to be practical. They do not require any special preparations or precautions to be taken before they can be used.
