Thanks to its 13mm-diameter tube, combination cable and Rack Lock system, this model is both solid and precise. Made up of 8 segments 37.5cm long, easily assembled via tapered inserts, its fully extended length is 3m. The probe is easy to deploy, thanks to its traction grip. Precise markings on the probe indicate snow depth.

Complying with all the requirements of UIAA equipment standard 157, "Avalanche rescue probes", its tube is made of strong, durable 7075 aluminum and its tension cord of stainless steel.
